Some great results this weekend! David Flaten takes the win at the final stop of the 2016 Mid Atlantic Super Series in PA, his third MASS win in a row! Stefan Zavislan takes 2nd on Stage 1, 1st on Stage 2 and the overall General Classification at the Mt Whitney Stage Race in CA! Gotta love the ad hoc cooler 2nd step and podium dog! Great job guys! #coachinglife #cyclinglife #cycling #raisethebar #progression

More great results from this weekend! David Flaten takes a hard fought win in the rain in PA at the Mid Atlantic Super Series French Creek XC. Jay ShalekBriski takes home the win, bragging rights and the coveted KOM Cape (yeah, that is an actual cape, brilliant!) at the Bandit Hill Climb in Spokane WA. All hail the king! #coachinglife #progression #raisethebar #cyclinglife #cyclingphotos

Fun weekend for Otterhaus athletes and friends at the Appalachian Bicycle Racing Association App Visited RR and WV State RR champs. Ian Webster takes 3rd in the state champs in his first Cat 4/5 race, and the old coach took 5th in the Cat 1/2 field and won the WV State Championship. Also congrats to local Team Integrity Cycling rider Chris Burns on taking 2nd in the 4/5 field! Happy to support this great series, and great to have BIKE Doctor Racing Team teammates on hand and share #wildwonderfulWV with them! Athlete Updates: Rob Coffey (somewhere in that fray of swimmers!) takes 3rd in his age group and sets a personal best for olympic distance at the Brewhouse Triathlon! Great confidence builder as he finalizes his preps for IRONMAN Mont Tremblant this weekend! Photo credit: Steve Kuchera Stefan Zavislan continues his podium streak and takes 2nd overall at the Hotter 'N Hell Hill Climb up Mt Baldy in California! (no that is not a pic of Baldy, but yes its a picture of Stefan going uphill!) And after a long trip, Alex Driscoll finally made it to the desert for his deployment and has set himself up a nice training corner with eyes on winter cyclocross when he returns!

More great results from Tour de Millersburg this weekend. Tyler Waldron takes 5th in the TT and 3rd in the Crit in the Cat 3 race! Sadly a mechanical in the road race dashed his GC hopes, but as they say, that is bike racing. I have been training with Tyler locally since he was a Cat 5, awesome to see him continue to progress! □: Ruth Fedor Burns and Trish Newburg #cyclinglife #cyclingphotos #coaching #coachinglife #roadcycling #raisethebar #progression #racebold

Super proud of the US Military Endurance Sports elite cycling team's performance this weekend at one of its last events at the Tour de Millersburg in PA. We had a solid TT, followed by a bit of a rough criterium, which saw David Flaten crash pretty hard, but fortunately survive relatively unscathed. The team dusted off the disappointment, hit the reset button and rode fantastic in the road race on Sunday, with every team member riding aggressively and contributing in a positive manner. We were in almost every major break and contributed significantly to the chase on the one we missed. The result, putting Stefan Zavislan in the last lap winning move where he took 2nd on the day! Really cool to see the team's cohesion, fitness and race smarts progress over the season, and what a fantastic way to help close out 3 years of working with this program! One last stop for a smaller crew at the The Green Mountain Stage Race . #cyclingphotos #cycling #roadcycling #cyclinglife ‪#‎Progression‬ #raisethebar □: Igda Warner
